WALKING

Take an easy stroll around town, check out our itineraries for inspiration.

A favourite walk is along the West Beach at low tide up to the lighthouse, it’s exactly 5km there and back from the car park below the golf club.

Follow the river upstream and into the woods to find many easy trails, great for runners and dog walkers.

The six mile coast path to Hopeman is a lovely way to spend an afternoon.  For all these and more, including the long distance Moray Way and Moray Coastal Trail, go to https://www.morayways.org.uk/
